From refusing to learn from past mistakes to placating to anti-vaxxers, Hoosier Republicans — led by Governor Holcomb — have given up on keeping our families safe

INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Democratic Party, the organization that advocates for the future of Indiana and its families, today released the following key points from yesterday’s COVID-19 briefing by Governor Eric Holcomb — a briefing illustrating how the Indiana Republican Party has effectively thrown their hands in the air and given up on protecting our families across the state. Simply put: there’s zero leadership right now coming from Indiana’s governor.

WHY IT MATTERS: In one fell swoop, Republicans like Governor Holcomb are coddling an insecure, outgoing President while abusing the trust voters have provided them during these uncertain times. Republicans are telling Hoosiers they want zero responsibility for their Party’s choice to ignore science and data about COVID-19.

Gov. Holcomb’s actions show he believes it’s time to throw in the towel on COVID-19. But don’t take our word for it — check out what you may have missed during yesterday’s state infomercial:
