Voter File Access
The Indiana Democratic Party maintains the democratic database for Indiana’s registered voters. This database is sometimes referred to as the VAN, NGP VAN, or the voter file.
To gain access to this database, you will need to follow these three steps.
- Complete the VAN Agreement (click for link). The same form is used regardless of what kind of access you are requesting.
- Have your VAN Agreement signed and approved by the requisite person. Details on the approval process are below.
- Send your completed form (Step 2 MUST be complete) to the State Party:
You may also mail your form to Indiana Democratic Party, Attn: Voter File, 115 W Washington St, Suite 1165, Indianapolis, IN 46204.

For Congressional or Statewide Voter File Access
Those running for Congress or Statewide must obtain access directly through the State Party. Please contact Brittany Solis at firstname.lastname@example.org.
