2012 State Convention Delegates

This year’s State Convention will be hosted June 15-17 in Fort Wayne, the first time the event has been held outside of Indianapolis.

Those Democrats who wish to become delegates to the State Convention must file with their county election board or, if applicable, the Lake or Tippecanoe County board of election and registration.

The filing period begins on Jan. 11, 2012, and ends at noon on Feb. 10, 2012.

We also want to note that this year’s delegate assessment fee has not yet been determined by the State Central Committee. Especially in these difficult economic times, we are committed to lessening the financial burden on State Delegates, and we would encourage you to contact your District Chair or Vice Chair with recommendations for the fee-setting process.
